Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item has a manufacturing fault:

  • Let us know within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • Email support@nvr.run with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos showing the fault
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or exchange once we receive the item back.

 


Change of Mind (Size or Style)

If you’ve changed your mind about the size or style:

  • You can exchange your item for a different size or style of equal value.
  • Email support@nvr.run within 21 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and the item or size you'd like instead.
  • Return shipping is at your cost.
  • We’ll send your exchange once the original item is received and checked.

 


Important Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unwornunused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • We can’t accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.

 Please note:

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable.
  • International orders (outside of AU) are final and non-refundable.
  • We don no offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases - only exchanges.
